If you are staying somewhere else, you may either arrange your own transport or be in the lobby of one of the hotels by 9:30 a.m. the morning of the 12th. We estimate that cost per person will be around $18, perhaps less, depending on the number of people we have in the bus. LODGING OPTIONS FOR YOUR TIME AT THE BEACH
The uninterrupted stretch of pristine beach that goes from Puerto Viejo to Manzanillo is 10 km long (6.2 miles). The wedding will be held in Punta Uva, just about in the middle of the road - roughly 5 km from Puerto Viejo and 5 km from Manzanillo. The lodging options are listed here north to south along the beach. Lodging in Puerto Viejo is the least expensive and everything else is pretty comparable price wise. Puerto Viejo is know for having a late night scene, especially on the weekends, so if you are looking for a quite get away, stay closer to the Playa Chiquita - Punta Uva area.
